Karen Hattier gets results for her sellers and buyers - every time! She’s a native New Orleanian who loves all things New Orleans - its food, its people, it’s music and its culture. Karen and her family have been on the Northshore over 24 years so she’s familiar with the market on the Northshore and Southshore and on both sides of the river. She has very satisfied and happy clients from Slidell to Hammond and from Baton Rouge to the West Bank. 

Karen began her career as a Gardner Realtor because of their long term presence in the Metro New Orleans market and felt right at home when Gardner joined forces with Latter & Blum. She’s proud to work with the long-time market leaders. Real estate came after a twenty year career in management and accounting. She crosses her i’s and dots her t’s - her attention to detail is one of the reasons she became a Multi-Million Dollar Producer so quickly. She makes sure her clients have all the facts they need to make good decisions about their most valuable investment of their home. Responsive and ready to handle complex issues, compassion and her desire to help people quickly became her reputation among her clients and the Realtors she works with. 

Karen is a graduate of Ninja Selling, a client centric system focused on relationships. Her favorite opportunity is to guide a first time home buyer to home ownership then become their trusted real estate advisor for life. Karen is a member of the Northshore Board of Realtors, Louisiana Realtors and the National Association of Realtors. She embraces the power of working with the only Leading Real Estate Companies of the World affiliate and has helped buyers and sellers in Houston, Atlanta and even Zimbabwe.

 When Karen isn’t working in real estate she enjoys spending time with her family and friends, travel, being on the lake and enjoying the theater.
